Iterative Methods for the Recovery of Earthquake Parameters

Gerd Teschke*

This talk is concerned with the application of Kaczmarz type algorithms for the recovery of earthquake parameters. The major task is to retrieve information on the bases of very few measurements. We show that Kaczmarz type algorithms are able to recover (under adequate constraints) the solution reasonable stable. We furnish the talk by a number of numerical experiments.
